  • Non-Dispensed Product: If the vending machine fails to dispense a sanitary pad after receiving payment, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Defective Product: If the sanitary pad dispensed is damaged or otherwise unusable, you may be eligible for a refund.

    2. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • User errors, such as inserting the wrong amount of money or selecting the wrong product.
    • Situations where the product has been dispensed as intended, and there are no defects.
    • Expired refund request timeframes, as outlined below.

    Once we review and confirm the issue, we will process the refund in one of the following ways:

    • Voucher or Credit: Alternatively, a replacement product or credit for future use may be provided, depending on the circumstances and your preference.
