1. Napkin Incinerators feature an advanced AUTO-START functionality, which activates automatically when 15 pads are dropped into the incinerator. This minimizes human intervention, eliminates the need for manual monitoring, and ensures the incinerator is always ready for use.
2. Hygiene Cycle To maintain the highest hygiene standards, Purefem’s machines feature a programmable hygiene cycle. This automated process activates every 24 hours to clean the incinerator, preventing the buildup of pathogens and ensuring the safe storage of used pads until disposal. The fully automated system eliminates the need for manual intervention, providing a reliable and hygienic solution for sanitary waste management

4. Purefem’s Napkin Incinerators are designed in full compliance with the Solid Waste Management Act (2016, amended 2018) and the guidelines outlined in The Gazette of India No. 861 dated April 8, 2016.
   • The incinerator operates at a temperature of 950°C in the secondary combustion chamber, ensuring complete combustion.
   • It adheres to the requirement of maintaining a gas residence time of no less than 2 seconds in the secondary chamber, meeting the environmental safety standards for twin-chamber incinerators.
   • While specific guidelines for small incinerators are not detailed in the Act, our machine ensures emissions are free from toxins, dioxins, and mono-oxides by treating waste at the mandated temperature.

   This adherence guarantees safe and environmentally friendly disposal, aligning with regulatory norms to prevent harmful pollutants from being released into the atmosphere.
